JAMES JOHN GLAVAS, 37, a resident of Irving, died Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas following a sudden illness. Born February 7, 1981 in Dallas, he was the son of John Glavas and Linda Franklin Marciukaitis. He was an admissions professional in the field of education. Survivors include his wife Arletha Lowe of Irving; his children Dimitrious Glavas and Dominick Glavas of Addison and Taylor Glavas of Irving; his mother Linda Marciukaitis of Dallas; his father, John Glavas of Dallas; sisters, Christa Hodge of Washington, DC and Sophia Glavas of Dallas; and a brother John James Glavas, Jr. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving.
