HOWARD F. PAPA HOTT, age 91, a resident of Irving since 1958, died Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Baylor Medical Center in Irving. Born April 24, 1921 in Whitewright, Texas, he was the son of Wilbur E. and Bessie Hott. A retired contractor with Exxon, he was a member of Calvary Church. He married Barbara Ford December 28, 1956 in Dallas. He is survived by his wife of Irving; a daughter, Sharon Lanette Story of Irving; a son Fred Hott and wife Lisa of Euless; three grandchildren, Ashley Story Cates and husband Caleb of College Station, Stephanae H. Bouchard and husband Daniel of Dallas, and Austin Hott of Euless; and two great grandsons, Parker and Cooper Cates. The family will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m. Monday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Calvary Church, 4401 N. Highway 161, Irving, TX 75038. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
