We are sad to announce the death of Hayden Cole Marker, who was born at 10:45am on December 31, 2000 in Dallas, TX. He was 23 years old when he suddenly passed away in a motorcycle accident on May 21, 2024.
Hayden was the youngest of three children, and lived in Coppell, Tx most of his life. His love for family and friends could not only be seen but felt. He was a Christian and member of FUMC Coppell. He loved spending his summers as a young boy at Camp Pike and when he was old enough, he was a counselor for a couple of years.
He knew at an early age that he wanted to be a pilot and to see the world. He enjoyed learning all that he could about airplanes and how they worked. Hayden graduated from Coppell High School in 2019 and entered the American Airlines Cadet Academy in 2023. From there he learned all that he needed to know about the airplanes he would be flying and worked with his flight instructors to learn how to fly. Hayden earned his pilots license in May 2024. He loved the feeling of being in the air and seeing the views from the sky.
In addition to flying, Hayden also enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing video games, playing cards and games with family and friends, loved to cook, snowboarding, going to the beach and traveling. He loved listening to music and being the "DJ" when family and friends were around. He wanted to see the world.
He had a big heart and was always thoughtful in the things he did and said. He never took for granted the many blessings in his life. He enjoyed sharing joy and laughter with anyone he came into contact with. Haydens impact on all those that knew and loved him will endure forever.
