Gloria Jean Makrevis, age 77 of Irving, Texas passed away October 22, 2023. Born February 14, 1946 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Oscar and Emma (Lanners) Lindl where she was raised. She moved to Irving, TX in 1986. Gloria was a hard worker and devoted employee for 40 years with Allstate Insurance Company. She operated their machines that processed all their correspondence and documents. Gloria enjoyed road trips, often catching an Elvis impersonator performance to her delight. She was a longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was also a proud member of the Red Hat Ladies. Gloria is survived by her two sons, Thomas James Kemper and his wife Tina of Appleton, WI and Brian Caddel and his wife Kayla of Irving, TX; she is also survived by her sister Diana Lindl of Milwaukee, WI. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday Oct. 26, 2023 at Colonial Funeral Home of Irving.
