GENE REESE, age 50, of Grapevine, died Monday, June 23, 2014 at his home. Born Lyndel Eugene Reese on March 4, 1964, he was the son of Gary Lee Miller and Janice Sue Kenemore Miller. Involved in commercial construction, he was a member of the Shutter Bugs Photography Club and Off Road Clubs and had enjoyed Boy Scouts with his sons. Survivors include his sons, Thierry Reese and wife Kat of North Las Vegas, Nevada and Justin Lee Huffer of Haltom City, Texas; his parents Janice and Gary Miller of Grapevine; brothers Cory Miller and wife Heidi of Grand Prairie and Chad Jeffrey Miller and wife Shannon Lee of Bedford; and the mother of his children, Susan Reese. The funeral was 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Chaplain Rita White officiated.
