FRANCES YOUNG, age 68, a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and resident of Flower Mound, passed away September 26, 2013 at her home. Born February 11, 1945 in Dallas, to Jack E. and Marie Cunningham Tatum, she married Malcolm Eugene Young, Jr. in Dallas on August 27, 1966. She was a member of Flower Mound United Methodist Church and a retired school teacher for both Irving and Plano School districts. Preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Vicki Jeane Young and brother Jim Tatum, survivors include her husband Gene; son, Robert Young and wife Gina of Flower Mound; daughter Kerri Young and her fianc, Jamee Etheridge of Crandall; son, Scott Young and wife Lindsay of Allen; grandchildren, Paul, Bryan, Michael, Paige, Nicole and Natalie; brother Jack Tatum and wife, Trena DeLamar of California. The family will receive friends 3:00 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday September 30, 2013 at Flower Mound United Methodist Church, 3950 Bruton Orand Blvd. in Flower Mound 75022. Burial will follow at Restland Memorial Park.
