FRAN GREER, age 92, of Irving, died Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at her daughters home in Colleyville. Born May 22, 1919 in Boone Prairie, Texas, she moved to Irving in 1950. A homemaker, she was the widow of Woodrow Wilson Greer. She was a member of Calvary Temple (now Calvary Church). Preceded in death by a son, Terry Wilson Greer, she is survived by her daughter Dolores Kraft of Colleyville; a son, Lanny Ray Greer of Irving; five grandchildren, David Kraft of Saginaw, Karen Wesley of Fort Worth, Linda Taylor of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Stephen Kraft and Andrea Edwards both of Bedford; ten great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 7:00 9:00 p.m. Friday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Blvd. in Irving. Rev. Jim Thomas will officiate.
