ETHAN CADE MECKFESSEL, age 23, of Irving, died Thursday, October 4, 2012 at his home. Born September 23, 1989 in Irving, he is the son of Lee Meckfessel and the late Linda Chesnut Meckfessel. A graduate of Irving High School, he was an avid Mavericks fan. Preceded in death by his mother, grandparents, and a cousin, he is survived by his father; a sister Gina Crump and husband Jeremy of Lewisville; paternal grandmother, Joy Meckfessel of Irving; niece, Victoria Meckfessel; nephews, Alec and Aiden Crump; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 W. Airport Freeway. The funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Irving Bible Church, 2435 Kinwest Parkway in Irving. Burial will follow at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
