ELYSSA LEIGH PARISH HARTLEY, age 55, a caring wife, mother, grandmother and selfless friend to many, died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Texas Health Alliance Hospital in Fort Worth. Elyssa often said that her goal in life was to be a great mom. Her children's happiness was more important to her than anything else. She was devoted to her extended family and friends, frequently checking up on all of us. She was always available to us when we wanted to talk. Born September 23, 1960 in Wichita Falls, she was the daughter of Charles Richard Parish and Robbie Burton Parish. Elyssa was a resident of Fort Worth for 10 years. Formerly, she lived in Irving for 13 years. She had an extensive career in nursing. Preceded in death by her father, she is survived by her husband, Jeff Hartley of Fort Worth; daughter, Erin Wallace of Irving; son, Ryan Adams and wife Kacy of Fort Worth; son, Mason Adams and wife Ashly of Denton; mother, Robbie Parish of Irving; brother, Rusty Parish and wife Brenda and brother, Randy Parish, all of Wichita Falls; grandsons, Bryson Wallace and Owen Adams; and granddaughter, Julia Wallace. The family will receive friends at a visitation beginning at 12 noon, Thursday followed by the service at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, February 4, both at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. A graveside service will be held at 12 noon, Friday, February 5 at Crestview Memorial Park in Wichita Falls. SERVICES Funeral Service
