ELOUISE SAIN, age 79, a resident of Scurry, Texas for 21 years, died Monday, December 13, 2010 at Kaufman Healthcare Center in Kaufman, Texas. Elouise was a former resident of Irving, Texas for 40 years. Born April 8, 1931 in Dallas, Texas, she was the daughter of William Frederick Noe and Ruby McMillan Noe. In Irving in May, 1947, she married Parnell Sain. Elouise was employed at Texas Instruments for more than 20 years. Preceded in death by her husband on April 13, 2009; and by her grandson, Bradley Sain, survivors include her son, William Sain and wife Barbara of Scurry; daughter, Shirley Day and husband Melvin of Kaufman; grandchildren, Stephanie, Laura, Karla, Chris, Angela and Courtney; and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday, December 16 at Community Life Church, 204 FM 1641 in Forney, Texas. The funeral service will be held at the church at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 17 with Pastor Randy Wade officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
