ELIAS PORFIRIO GONZALES, age 30, of Irving, died suddenly Sunday, October 17, 2010. Born August 14, 1980 in Dallas, he was the son of Bill Gonzales and Viola Rose Knisley. He grew up in Irving. On March 6, 2004, he married Stacie D. Henderson at Waxahachie. He was employed by Automotive Refinishing Distributors in Dallas. Survivors include his wife Stacie, nine year old son Christian Gonzales; six year old daughter Marissa Gonzales, and seven week old daughter Alyssa Gonzales; his mother, Viola Knisley of Irving; step-mother Lois Gonzales of Flower Mound; sisters, Diana Waldrop of Irving and Sophia Marchand of Houston. The family will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Major John E. Tolan officiating. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at Gladewater Memorial Park in Gladewater, Texas. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are being accepted to help defray funeral expenses.
