DONNA J. MEMAW FREAD, age 84, a resident of Irving since 1958, died Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at a Euless care center. Born February 25, 1931 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Raymond Lee Phillips and Ruby Lucille Bartlett Phillips. Donna was a concert pianist. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don Fread; a brother, Paul Craig Phillips and a sister, Carolyn Brown. Survivors include son, Dane Sanderson and wife April of Irving; son, David Sanderson and wife Vicki of Saginaw; daughter, DLyn Alarcon and husband Gus of Pecos; daughter, Cyndi Bembenek of Grand Prairie; thirteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and brother, David Phillips and wife Mary of Rockdale. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 28 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Service will be 12 noon, Saturday, August 29 in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Dwane Owen officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Blvd in Irving.
