DONALD E. BELL, age 71, a resident of Grand Prairie, Texas for 3 years formerly of Texas City, Texas, died Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Baylor Medical Center at Irving. Born February 10, 1941 in Dallas, Texas, he was the son of Thurman Willard Bell and Evelyn Hope Tankersley Bell. Donald was a U.S. Navy veteran and a Baptist. Preceded in death by his parents, survivors include his daughter, Nicole Frosch of Louisiana; son, Andrew Douglas Bell of Dallas; brother, Doug Bell and wife Trisha of Encino, California; sisters, Diane Kelly of Arlington and Kay Hughes and husband Phil of Mesquite; grandchildren, Max Frosch and Collin Frosch. Service is 1:15 p.m., Friday, December 14, 2012 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (Lane B) with Phil Hughes officiating.
