DOLORES OLSON, age 94, a lifelong resident of Irving, died Thursday, October 29, 2015 at her daughters home in Chandler, Texas. Born March 26, 1921 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of Frank Terrio and Mary Linehan Terrio. Dolores was a member of Saint Lukes Catholic Church in Irving. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Olson and a son, Chuck Olson, she is survived by her daughter, Janet Earle and husband Charles of Chandler; granddaughter, Chelsea Steiner and husband Tom of Houston; grandson, Sam Earle and wife Esperansa of Chandler; great granddaughter, Ana; and a sister, Joan Slingerman of Virginia. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with the rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 2 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 3 in the Mausoleum Chapel at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane in Dallas. Entombment will follow.
