Delores "Sue" Richardson, 76, of Irving, passed away Friday morning, March 12, 2010 in Irving, Texas. Born in Independence, Kansas and raised in Midland, Texas, where she graduated from Midland High School and attended Texas Tech University, she has been a resident of Irving, TX for the past 30 years. She was a District Franchise Manager for H&R Block for 31 years and retired in 1996. She really enjoyed her family and her friends at the Irving Senior Citizen Center, The Red Hat Society and the Dallas Widowed Persons Club. Survivors include her daughter, Kathy House of Temple, TX; her son, Kevin Richardson of Highland Village, TX; four grandsons, Christopher Ross Armstrong, Travis Alan Armstrong, Kevin Blake Richardson and Paul Tanner Richardson; and a great granddaughter, Lydia Armstrong. A Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. Rev. Ken Parlin will officiate. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
