Delores Fiore, our beloved Mom, Granny and Auntie Dee, passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 81 years old on January 7, 2017. She was born September 16, 1935 in Murchison, Texas to Otha Francis and Ida Lee (Dickson) McMahan. After the death of her parents she moved to Waxahachie and resided at the Texas Baptist Home for Children until she graduated from Waxahachie High School. She married Joseph Fiore on January 1, 1955; they later moved to Irving. Delores was a long-time employee and retired from Sprint. She was a 54-year resident of Irving, Texas. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Joseph Fiore; two brothers: Walter McMahan and Joe McMahan and sister, Jane McMahan. Survivors include her son Scott and wife Cindy Fiore of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren: Jennifer, Amanda, Joshua and Joseph; great-grandchildren: Jolie, Emily and Landon. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 11 a.m., both at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home in Irving. A private burial will take place following the Funeral Service at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving, Texas. SERVICES
