Dee Tiner, 88, a resident of Irving since 1964, died Monday, March 22, 2021 at her home. Born Lura Dean, August 29, 1932 in Hagerman, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Robert Talbert Higgins and Ruby Louis Higgins. She retired from retail sales and had worked at Texas Instruments for twelve years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Irving. Preceded in death by a daughter Deborah Blevins in 1994, she is survived by her son Rick S. Ramsey and wife Kathy of Frisco; daughter, Tammy Brown and husband Richard of Fort Worth; four grandchildren, Heather Morse, Rusty Cronk, Alicia Hutchison, and Ashley Jacobsen; six great grandchildren; and a brother Ervin Allen of Kaufman. The family will receive friends 1:00 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2021 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd. SERVICES
