David Carmichael, 64, of Irving died Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Baylor, Scott & White Medical Center-Irving. David was born September 21, 1956 in Fort Worth, Texas to Melvin John D. and Martha Solorio Carmichael. He and wife Carrie Carmichael were married in Grand Prairie in 2001. He was a truck driver and employed with Beacon Sales/DFW Roofing Supply for 33 years. He is survived by his wife Carrie Carmichael of Irving; brothers, Bobby Carmichael of Houston, Pat Carmichael and wife Sherry of Cleburne, Bill Carmichael of McKinney; sisters, Linda Mitchell of Dallas and Jody Duffee of Waxahachie; sisters in law, Kathy Sokolowski and husband John of Chicago, Nancy Teames of Bedford; Patty Ali and husband Tony of Irving; brothers in law, David Vaichiulis and wife Dorothy of Missouri and Tim Vaichiulis of Chicago; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and co-workers. The Family will receive friends 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home prior to the funeral service at 11:00 am Monday, February 1, 2021 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 W. Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas. Burial will be at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas. The funeral will be available via livestream.
