David Adams of Irving, died on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the age of 61. Born September 24, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to Theodore Tinsley and Essie Marie (Evans) Adams. David was a plumbing contractor for the family business, Adams Plumbing. Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife of 40 years, Susan; children, Drew Tinsley Adams and wife Deanna of Euless, Brett Tinsley Adams and wife Megan of Irving, Jennifer Jenny Philips and husband Johnny of Bedford; eight grandchildren; sisters, Donna Mosty and husband Lee of Irving, and Brenda Elston and husband Robin of Bedford. David was a member of First Baptist Church in Irving. The family received visitors on Tuesday, December 27th at First Baptist Church in the chapel and Funeral Services were held at First Baptist Church in the sanctuary on Wednesday, December 28th. Wayne Watkins officiated. Burial followed at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas 75061.
