Daryl James
Gresham
Sep 27, 1970 — Aug 16, 2026
Daryl James Gresham, 55, of Pecan Acres, Texas, formerly of Euless, Texas, passed away on August 16, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born September 27, 1970, in Irving, Texas, to Norman Dale Gresham and Peggy June Henderson Gresham.
Daryl owned and operated Concierge Services, where he built lasting relationships with his clients and drivers. To Daryl, the people he worked with were more than just clients and employees—they became friends and people he genuinely cared about. He took pride in helping others and could always be counted on by those who knew him through his work.
Outside of work, Daryl enjoyed the things that brought people together. He loved playing No-Limit Texas Hold'em Poker and was always ready for a good game or to host a tournament. He loved the competition, but even more, he enjoyed the laughter, stories, friendships, and memories made around the table.
Daryl was also a passionate fan of high school and college football. He followed the games with enthusiasm and loved sharing his knowledge, opinions, and love of the sport with friends.
To those who knew him best, Daryl was much more than his hobbies or his work. He was an amazing friend, a loyal and trusted neighbor, and someone people could always count on. Some of his closest friendships began in high school and remained strong throughout the years. He was the kind of friend who became part of the family.
Daryl had a special place in the lives of his friends' children as well. To so many of them, he was like an uncle—the fun, dependable, and trusted adult who was always there, whether it was for a laugh, a conversation, or simply being part of their lives as they grew up. Those relationships were a reflection of the kind of person Daryl was and the love and friendship he freely gave to others.
Daryl was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Dale Gresham and Peggy June Gresham.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Kaleb Miller; brothers, Craig Gresham and his wife, Kelley, sons Trey and Wyatt and Brent Gresham and his wife, Melinda, daughters Emma and Zoe and son Dalton; along with extended family, lifelong friends, neighbors, clients, drivers, and all those who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
Daryl will be deeply missed by his family, friends, neighbors, and the many people whose lives he touched. His friendships, his sense of humor, his love of poker and football, and the countless memories he created with others will remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He leaves behind not only family, but a large circle of people who considered him family.
A celebration of Daryl's life will be held at Colonial Funeral Home from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm Saturday, August 22, 2026, in the chapel of Colonial Funeral Home of Irving. Following the funeral service, a brief graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
