Darlene Mary Pullen, age 52, a resident of Bedford, Texas passed away on Monday, December 30, 2013 after a brief illness. Born April 19, 1961 in Saint Clair, Michigan, daughter of Jack and Meredith LaGruth of Marysville, Michigan, Darlene was a member of Compass Christian Church in Colleyville, Texas. She was an employee of Trane and a member of DORBA, Dallas Off Road Bicycle Association. Darlene was preceded in death by her father, Jack LaGruth in 1991 and her best friend Renee Tibbets, Baylees godmother. She leaves behind her children, Shea Pullen of Austin, Texas and Baylee Pullen of Bedford, Texas, and their father, Brian Pullen of Euless, Texas; mother, Meredith Nelson LaGruth of Port Huron, Michigan; one brother, Robert LaGruth and wife Nadine of Marysville, Michigan; sisters, DiAnne Sopha and husband Dan of Port Huron, Michigan, Denise LaGruth-Bowman of Kimball, Michigan; Debbie Stringer and husband Mark of Carrollton, Texas; best friend, Antonio Herrera of Euless, Texas; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and honorary grandchild, Luke. Funeral and celebration of Life was Friday, January 3, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Compass Christian Church, 2600 Hall Johnson Road, Colleyville, Texas with Pastor Jay Franks officiating. Burial was at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd., Irving, Texas. Pallbearers were Cory Bowman, Casey Bowman, Andrew Stringer, Brett Stringer, Matthew Stringer and Michael McDaniel.
