DAN BEAVER, age 62, a resident of Irving for more than 40 years, died Friday, January 30, 2015 at Baylor Medical Center at Irving. Born August 7, 1952 in Carlsbad, New Mexico, to George Beaver and Patricia Mourer Beaver, he married Dorthy Overall on December 3, 1971 in Carlsbad. Dan was a member of Mater Dei Latin Mass Parish in Irving. He was preceded in death by his father, George Beaver. Survivors include his mother, Patricia Gt of Irving; wife, Dorthy Beaver of Irving; daughter, Cynthia Cowen and husband Tracy of Flower Mound; sons, Danny Beaver and wife Amber of Irving, Ray Stubbs and wife Lacey of Arlington; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brothers, Michael Beaver and wife Linda of Florida, Tim Beaver of Irving, Chris Beaver of Irving; and sister, Jane Davis and husband Ken of Houston. Visitation is Tuesday, February 3 before and after the Rosary. Rosary is 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Requiem Mass is Wednesday, February 4 at 2:00 p.m. at Mater Dei Latin Mass Parish, 2030 East Irving Blvd in Irving with Father Thomas Lougua as celebrant.
