CYNDY CRUZ, age 61, a life-long resident of Irving, died Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at her home. Born January 1, 1953 in Dallas, she married Pete Cruz on February 14, 1992 in Oklahoma. Survivors include her husband, Pete of Irving; daughters, Rebecca Gee of Irving, Cheryl Bourland and husband Daniel of Mansfield, Christa Jack and husband Terry of Arlington, and Amy Lucas and husband Patrick of Colorado; sons, Russel Gee of Irving, Ryan Gee and wife Ying of Lewisville, and Ryan Cruz of Carrollton; five grandchildren; a great grandchild; sister, Frances Storms and husband Ray of Gatesville, Texas; and her mother, Billie Adamson of Gatesville, Texas. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Memorials may be made to HART (Humane Animal Rescue Team).
