Clyde J. Hogan, 94, of Irving, Texas died Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Baylor, Scott & White Medical Center of Irving. Clyde was born November 11, 1925 in Bedford, Virginia to Luther Roy and Emma Wilson Hogan. He retired from United States Air Force in 1965 after serving more than 20 years in the United States Navy and the US Air Force. Clyde later joined American Airlines in 1968 as an aircraft mechanic and retired in 1990. He was a member of Northgate United Methodist Church of Irving and was a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America Troop 175. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Field Hogan on April 1, 2005. He is survived by his son Clyde J. Hogan, Jr., and wife Mary Christine; grandchildren, Benton Hogan and Lauren Adams; great grandchildren, Gabriel Hargrave and Braxton Hogan. Family will receive friends from 12:00 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062. Committal Service will immediately follow at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211. SERVICES
