Cindy Lynn Cook Stanford, 57, of Bedford, formerly of Irving, Texas and Oklahoma City, OK, died suddenly at her home on Thursday, February 28, 2019. Born August 2, 1961 in Oklahoma City, OK, she was the daughter of the late Jerry Paul Cook and Doris Jean Jones Cook. She was an accountant at Petrick and Company for 29 years. She had lived in Oklahoma, moved to Irving in 1992, and to Bedford in 2003. She knew no greater joy than spending her time with family and friends. She reveled in her grandchildren. She was an avid Cowboys and Elvis fan. Preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jimmy Cook, Jr.; and a great nephew, she is survived by two sons, Kenneth Charles Stanford, II of Bedford, and Anthony Lawrence Stanford and wife Carrie Moore Stanford of Irving; one grandson, Jack Daniel Stanford, and twin granddaughters Kendra and Lorelai due in May; a brother Jerry Paul Cook, Jr and his wife Donna of Lenexa, KS and their four children, Jerry Paul Cook, III and his wife Brita Nord, Dorothy Cook Stone and husband Larry and their two children, Kathy Cook, and Debbie Cook Weber and husband Benjamin Weber and their one child; and also remembered by numerous other family members, friends, and clients. A memorial service is planned for 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice. The family's choice in charities include St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital or the Shriner's Hospital benefiting cancer patients. SERVICES
