CHUCK KENNEDY, age 56, of Irving, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at a Plano hospital. Born September 18, 1953 in Springfield, Missouri, he was the son of Charles and Alice Kennedy. He received a Master's Degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He married Cathy Robertson Johnson February 28, 2004 in Irving. A resident of Irving for the past 10 years, he was employed by Solution Beacon, an information technology firm. He was a member of Fellowship Church in Grapevine. Survivors include his wife Cathy of Irving and children, Rachel Vigue and husband Jason, Jennifer Kennedy, Jason Johnson, Jennifer Sperl and husband Tim, Jared Johnson and wife Rhonda, and Jacob Johnson; his mother Alice Kennedy of Springfield, Missouri and Sister Diann Rankin and husband Brian of Hollister, Missouri; and six grandchildren, Jayden Vigue, Chloe Vigue, Julianne Johnson, Reed Johnson, Ryan Johnson, and Graham Johnson. The family will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Burial will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday at Bear Creek Cemetery in Euless. A celebration of his life will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday at First Baptist Church, 403 Main Street in Irving.
