Age 14, a resident of Justin, passed away September 11, 2013. He was born April 7, 1999 in Irving to Sovan Chap and Soi Saengkio. A freshman at Northwest High School in Justin, he served on the Student Council and Yearbook Committee. He was Buddhist. Survivors include his parents; sisters, Anita Chap and Becky Kouiyoth; and brothers, Jerry Kouiyoth and Ronnie Kouiyoth. The family will receive public viewing from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2013 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, TX. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2013 at the funeral home chapel. Cremation will follow.
