Leola Christine "Chris" Carey, 82, of Dallas died on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Born May 23, 1938 in Checotah, Oklahoma, she is the daughter of the late William McKinnely Ross and Ola May Ware Ross. Chris is survived by her sisters Maxine Marie Latham, Alice Reynolds, Barbara Harrison, Wanda Rhyne and Audrey Louise Gillingham; brothers Bobby Gene Ross and wife Savan, Paul Allen Ross and wife Gracie, and John Lynn Ross and wife Joanne; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews. Chris is preceded in death by her brother Billy Joe Ross and her sister Shirley Douglas. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2020 at Triplett Cemetery in Texanna, Oklahoma. SERVICES Graveside Service
