Chester Louis Skidmore passed away at home July 12, 2023. Born in Collin County on April 6, 1934, he was 89 on his last birthday. He is survived by Wanda, his wife of 71 years. Additional survivors include his four children and their spouses: Mike and Melanie, Larry and Linda, Lisa and Keri and Randy. Also there are seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Celebration of the Life of Chester Skidmore will be conducted on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the club house at Grand Prairie Gun Club, located at 2330 Lower Tarrant Rd., Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
