Charlotte S Terry, 89, died September 18, 2019 at Baylor, Scott and White hospital of Irving. She was born on November 19,1929 in Collin County, Texas to Hines Albert and Nannie Lou Petty Smoot. Preceded in death by husband, William W. Terry and her parents, Hines and Nannie Smoot; Survived by Daughter, Sharon Kay Terry; sister, Julia Philips; brotherin-law Dalton Philips; nephews Jim Philips, Chip Philips and family; niece, Jean Ann Martin and family; her beloved granddog,Toby and many cherished friends.
