Charles R. Neal, a long-time resident of Irving, died at his home on Saturday, April 1, 2017. He was born on December 16, 1946 in Waco, Texas to Earl Dempsey and Mary Helen (Ashcraft) Neal. Charles was a store manager for Minyards. He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses in Irving. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Neal. Survivors include his wife Billie L. Neal of Irving; daughter, Kimberly Kay Scott and husband James of Irving and son, William Earl Neal and wife Darcy also of Irving; grandchildren, Jessica and Kaitlyn Scott; brothers, Curtis Neal of Washington and David Neal of the DFW area; step-mother, Ruth Neal of Irving. The committal service was held at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens and a Memorial service was on May 20, 2017 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 2804 West Rock Island Road, Irving, Texas 75060.
