Charlene Davis, 85, of Grand Prairie, formerly of Irving, died Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Medical City Arlington. Born June 19, 1936 in Hugo, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Steadman Marshall and Marguerite Maurer Marshall. She married Floyd W. Davis September 12, 1956 in Hugo, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death August 12, 2000. She was a homemaker and accountant for the family trucking business and was a member of Calvary Church in Irving. Survivors include a daughter Janet Norman and son in law David Norman of Grand Prairie; grandchildren, David Norman, Jr. and his wife Sasha Norman of McKinney and Ashley Norman currently deployed with the U.S. Navy and her partner Marty Coombs also in the Navy, as well as numerous Nieces and Nephews. A committal service will be held 10:15 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2022 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.
