Celia Toni Welton, 86, a longtime resident of Irving, died December 20, 2017 at her home. Born December 11, 1931 in Florence, Colorado, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Justina Del Duca Vitale. One of eleven children, she grew up in Florence, Colorado. All of her siblings have died except one brother, Jim Vitale who lives in Greeley, Colorado. After her high school graduation, Toni moved to Irving and married Jack Raymond Welton December 12, 1954 in Dallas. They had two sons, Joe and Mark. Raymond died in 1978, Joey died in April 1992 and Mark passed away December 2007. She was a member of Plymouth Park Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6000 South R. L.
