Cari Dell Rhodes, 60, a resident of Double Oak for fourteen years, died Monday, October 26, 2020 at her home. Born March 4, 1960 in Dallas, she is the daughter of Terry D. Callicott and Sonja Rae Jones Callicott. She was married to Kevin Rhodes January 23, 1985 in Las Vegas. An international marketing director for a software company, she loved the outdoors. She loved being on the lake paddle-boarding or riding the Sea-doo. She enjoyed baking outside in cast iron Dutch ovens and making many camp fire delicacies. Preceded in death by her only brother, Scott Callicott, she is survived by her husband, Kevin Rhodes of Double Oak; her mother Sonja Callicott of Lewisville; and her father Terry D. Callicott and wife Tammie of Bryson, Texas. Private family services and burial are being held.
