Brenda "Puddy" O'Con was born September 4, 1961 in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Sidney O'Con and Shawnee Lodridge. She passed away Friday, September 29th at her residence in Rockwall, TX. She had been a lifelong resident of Dallas until four years ago when she moved to Rockwall. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David O'Con. Left to cherish "Puddys" memory is her children, Shawnee, (husband, Sir) O'Con Mayes and Angel (wife, Lynda Danh) O'Con; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; and her siblings, Thomas (wife, Adelita) O'Con, Patti Ann O'Con, Susie O'Con, Gaylord O'Con, and Steve (wife, Kim) O'Con. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 7th at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with visitation being 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in the chapel. Burial will follow at the Southland Memorial Park in Grand Prairie, Chaplain Boyd Ocon will be officiating.
