Bobby "Bob" Lamoine Cummons, 85, of Irving passed away April 20, 2017. Born in Paris, Texas to the late Blake and Gertrude (Watson) Cummons. He served in the US Navy and later married Ella Faye Bassinger in Mesquite, Texas. Before his retirement, Bobby was an air-conditioning technician. He is survived by his loving wife Faye; sons: Johnny of Arlington, Larry and wife Brenda of Dallas, David and wife Lisa of Irving and Roger and wife Lori of Irving; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Vee Bassi and brothers: Billy Cummons and B.K. Cummons. The family received friends on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Donnelly's. Graveside services were Monday, April 24, 2017 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Medical Research www.stjude.org
