BOBBIE DALE MALO of Irving, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 10, 2014 with her beloved family at her side. Bobbie was born on May 8, 1929 in Era, Texas to Hubert and Lettie Taylor. Bobbie married "The Love of Her Life and Soul-Mate" Laurence John (Jack) Malo on Feburary 19, 1954. Bobbie was known to all as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who had a beautiful spirit and a zest for life. She loved and adored her family, had a heart of gold and was loved by so many. Her smile and laugh were infectious to everyone who knew her, she will be deeply missed. She is survived by her husband: Laurence John Malo; five children: Michael Malo, Janet Slagle, Kevin Malo, Gena Eldridge and Teresa Martin; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 13 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Services will be held 9:30 a.m., Thursday, August 14 in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Joel Alberti officiating. Interment service will be at 11:30 a.m., Thursday at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
