BLANCHE WHITE, age 100, a resident of Irving for 40 years, formerly of Gainesville, Kilgore and Big Spring, Texas, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at a local care center. Born October 5, 1912 in Caldwell, Texas, she was the daughter of Anthony Hanser and Altie Loftis Hanser. She married Leo L. White August 31, 1938. A homemaker, she was a member of South MacArthur Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her husband in 2005 and by two sisters, she is survived by two sons, Bob White and wife Priscilla of Carrollton and Mac White of Dallas; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and nieces and nephew, Alta Ayers and Gary Ayers of Longview and Vickie Bacon of Mesquite. The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 W. Airport Freeway in Irving with Fred Bacon officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
