Blanca Estela Arras, 60, of El Paso, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 in a Dallas hospital. She was born on April 22, 1958 in San Diego, California to Ausencio and Maria Socorro Cardenas Amparan. She married Benigno Arras August 8, 1980 in El Paso. An accounting manager for Care Free Home Builders in El Paso, she came to Dallas to be near family while receiving cancer treatment. Blanca is survived by her husband Benigno Arras of El Paso; daughters, Valerie Arras, Annalisa Sanchez and Priscilla Velez, all of Dallas; sisters, Lourdes Covarrubias, Angelica Ybarra and brother Joe Amparan, all of El Paso; and eight grandchildren.
