BILLY DONALD PawPaw BERRY, age 81, of Valley View, Texas, formerly a resident of Irving for 40 years, died Friday, May 10, 2013 at the Medical Center of Lewisville. Born April 24, 1932 in Dallas, he was the son of W. C. Berry and Frankie Melton Berry. He served in the United States Army, and married Mary Minor April 5, 1957 in Irving. She preceded him in death February 23, 1994. A retired truck driver for Consolidated Freightway, he had been a member of First Baptist Church of Las Colinas. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a brother Jesse, he is survived by a brother Raymond Berry of Albuquerque, New Mexico, two sons, Keith Berry and wife Jerrilyn of Valley View, TX and Kirk Berry and wife Jennifer of Grand Prairie; five grandchildren, Rebecca Cacioppo and husband Tony, Christopher Berry and wife Randi, Kristina Frazee and husband John, Krystle Huchton and husband Hank and J.T. Berry; seven great-grandchildren, Shawn Frazee, Liam Huchton, William Frazee, Vivian Berry, Landon Cacioppo, Hadlee Berry and Jaxon Huchton; The family will receive friends from noon until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with military honors will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
