Betty L. Smith was born August 23, 1933, in Pittsburg, Texas, the daughter of Woster and Connie Blount Epperson. She passed away Monday, November 20, 2023, at the UT Southwest Hospital in Dallas. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 65 years H. Wayne Smith. Left to cherish her memory, her daughter, Deahn (husband, Kevin) Marsh; grandson, Blake (wife, Allie) Marsh; sister-in-law, Linda Hammonds; neice, Amy Hammond and great nephew, Jake Hammonds. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Rev. Don King will officiate.
