Bernadine Grant, age 71, of Arlington, TX., passed away October 29, 2021. Born June 16, 1950 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was known as a giving, joyful, loving person whose family "was her world". Bernadine enjoyed crafting, especially themes that involved her favorite holiday of Christmas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Orie Machovec. Bernadine is survived by her loving husband of 39 years Roy Grant; sons, Joshua Grant and wife Kathryn, Bryan Grant and wife Lissi; brothers, Kirk Leister and Bernard Machovec II; sisters, Jerry Calvert, Katherine Watts and Francis Machovec; granddaughters, Casey and Evelyn. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Sunday Nov. 14th, funeral service, 12 noon Monday, Nov. 15th, both at Colonial Funeral Home. Committal service to follow at Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernadines name to the American Cancer Society. SERVICES
