BENGA BEN MANGAWE, Born November 20, 1957, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa, to Mr. Benga Babemba and Mrs. Panambi Ayingba, Benga Ben Mangawe moved to the USA in 1983. Ben lived in San-Antonio, Texas before settling in the Dallas/Fort-Worth metroplex precisely in Irving, Texas and then later in Lewisville, Texas. Ben worked at the DFW Airport as an agent of Lufthansa Airlines. Ben was a member of Temple of Praise Church in Irving and of the Congolese Community of DFW. His dynamism and participation in various activities have always been appreciated and will be really missed. Benga Ben Mangawe, age 54, died at the Medical Center of Lewisville in Lewisville, Texas, on Sunday, December11, 2011. Ben is survived by his children Benga, Celestin, Albert, Jules, Lucie, and Magie; and his brother Benga Faustin Mangawe. The family received friends from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home. The funeral service is 12:30 p.m., Saturday, December 17 in the funeral home Chapel with Dr. Jean Didider Kunda officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery in Euless.
