Belinda F. Portis, age 67 of Irving, died Monday, December 3, 2018 at a local care center. Born June 27, 1951 in Dallas, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Paul J. Bishop and Nadelle Pitts Bishop. She was a U S Postal Carrier for many years. She was a member of the Irving North Christian Church. Preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bruce Bishop, she is survived by her husband, Tom Portis of Irving; and three daughters, Brenda Daly of Irving, Wendy Rogers of Dallas, and Jondrea Portis of Richardson. The visitation will be from 2-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 9 and funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday both at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062.
