Baselisa Lara Cazarez has gone to be with the angels May 20, 2024 in Irving, Texas. Baselisa was born April 15, 1943 in San Luis, Mexico to father Enrique Lara and mother Benita Cazarez, growing up alongside her siblings Fransisco Lara and Victorina Lara. She is survived by sons Claro Perez, Enrique Perez, Reyes Perez, Santana Perez, and daughter Yolanda Vazquez, as well as a host of friends and family. She is predeceased by her parents Enrique Lara and Benita Cazarez. Her funeral services will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, May 25, 2025 at the Colonial Funeral Home of Irving Chapel. Friends and family may visit 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time in the chapel. The burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Irving.
