Barbara Ann Tumey of Irving passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012, at Ethicus in Grapevine, Texas. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 19, at Moody Cemetery with Rev. Greg Brumit officiating. Visitation in Irving will be 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 18, at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway. Visitation in Waco will begin at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 19, at Brazos Funeral Home, 1124 Washington Ave 76701 (254) 755-6636. Barbara was born November 1, 1937, in Clifton, Texas, to Stonewall Jackson Cormany, Jr., and Sarah I. Cormany. She enjoyed visiting their lake house and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Bobby Charles Cormany. She is survived by her husband, Doyle Tumey of Irving; two sons, Dale Tumey and wife, Sandra, of Arlington, and Dan Tumey and wife, Jennifer, of Red Oak, TX; one daughter, Dana McElyea and husband, Tom, of Southlake, TX; six grandchildren, Dan Tumey, Jr., and wife, Whitney, Madison Tumey, Alex Tumey, Colton McElyea, Jack Tumey and Grant Tumey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
