Barbara Skelton, 83, a resident of Irving for 58 years, died Sunday November 7, 2021 at her home. Born July 7, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Louie Miller and Billie Howard Miller. She married Jimmie Skelton June 3, 1955 in Grand Prairie. She was an administrative assistant at National Chem Search in Irving and a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Irving. Preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a sister, and her husband Jimmie in 2014, she is survived by her son, Mike Skelton and wife Ann; daughter, Debra Guerra and husband Roger; and two grandchildren, Max Guerra and Sam Guerra. No services are planned at this time. She will be placed in the columbarium with her husband at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home of Irving, 606 West Airport Freeway 75062.
