Funeral services for Arlene Robinson, 94, of McKinney, TX formerly of Irving will be 10:00 am, Thursday, January 25, 2024, at the First Methodist Church, small chapel in Irving, Rev. Sammy Hargrove will officiate. Serving as pallbearers are Eric Hall, JL Keplinger, Jeremy Myrick, Connor Ontiveros, Ryan Webber, Adam Weisbruch, and Mark Weisbruch. Family and friends may visit from 9:00 am until service Thursday at the church. The burial will follow at the Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving. Services are under the direction of the Colonial Funeral Home of Irving. Arlene was born November 10, 1929, in Cogar, OK, she was the daughter of Alfred and Leota Burchfield. On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, our dearest mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister was carried gently into Jesus arms, her last and heavenly home. We celebrate her overwhelming joy as she now worships God in His glorious presence. She is now reunited with her parents, her husband of 57 years, Walter J. Robinson, daughter Donna Myrick, her siblings, Pauline, Josephine, Wilma and Sonny, as well as many family members and friends. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Buzz Robinson, and Debbie and husband Gregory Weisbruch; sister, Lou Stahlman; brother-in-law Richard Isbell; 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
