AMY ELIZABETH MUZYKA, age 43, a lifetime resident of Irving, Texas, died Friday, August 19, 2011 at her home. Born January 8, 1968 in Dallas, she is the daughter of Ray and Sandy Muzyka. A collections agent, she loved to cook and spend time in the kitchen. Preceded in death by her grandparents, survivors include sons, David Blair and Joshua Blair of Irving; her parents Ray and Sandy Muzyka; a brother Mike Muzyka and wife Jill of Kennedale; two nieces, Kennedy and Logan; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving 6:00 8:00 p.m. Monday. A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel.
