Alyne Beam Moyer, 90, of Lancaster, formerly of Carrollton, died Saturday, August 11, 2012 in Lancaster. Born February 12, 1922 in Celina, Texas, she was the daughter of Wade S. Beam and Eunice Allen Beam. She married Edward James Moyer, March 31, 1945 in McKinney. He preceded her in death. A sales clerk in a Carrollton pharmacy for many years, she was a member of First Baptist Church of Carrollton for 56 years. Preceded in death also by her parents and a sister Rena Efird, she is survived by daughters Gwen Moyer Roeder and husband Wayne of Lancaster, TX and Kerry Moyer Huff and husband Tim of Marshall, Texas;5 grand-daughters, Ashley Key and husband Shanon, Bronwyn Konrad and husband Bernhard, Meredith Sloan and husband Chance, Lindsay Martinez and husband David and Maggie Godfrey and husband Duane;5 great-grandchildren, Reese Sloan, Parker Key, Cason Sloan, Jonas Konrad and Harper Godfrey, due December 6, 2012. The visitation will be Monday August 13, 2012 from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 2400 N. Josey Lane, Carrollton, TX 75006. A Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church under the direction of Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home of Irving, with a reception to follow at the church.
